King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Institute of Chinese Sciences and Culture, has signed a cooperation agreement with INNAR Consulting to promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise in Chinese culture, tourism, and hospitality. The agreement was signed on October 29, 2025.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohammed Reda Kabli, Vice President for Educational Affairs at King Abdulaziz University. The university was represented by Dr. Mohannad bin Ghazi Abed, Dean of the Institute of Chinese Sciences and Culture, while Dr. Ibrahim bin Mahmoud Al-Sini, CEO of INNAR Consulting, signed on behalf of the company.

The agreement outlines a framework for organizing joint cultural and tourism initiatives to promote cultural tourism between Saudi Arabia and China, and to raise awareness of Chinese culture, tourism, and hospitality. These efforts support Saudi Arabia’s strategic goals and the Vision 2030 objective of strengthening relations with China.

The agreement also includes developing joint academic and training programs, exchanging faculty and experts, organizing events such as exhibitions, seminars, lectures, competitions, and artistic performances, and collaborating on feasibility studies for related cultural and tourism projects.
